Everybody knows that doing sports is good for the body and the soul. But unfortunately not so many people are motivated for it. Since I am a person who literally hates the fitness routine, I had to find myself a new thing that could bring my body into some movement. I started playing tennis in my late 20s, and I gotta tell you that there is nothing else on the world that keeps me so focused and driven.
The feeling after 1-hour training is indescribable. It gives me the energy for the next day and the ambitious side of me just wants to get better and better.
However, you do need to be on a good fitness condition in order to enjoy every minute of it on court. Because you will need a strong body to be able to run from one side to the other.
Your body should never give up when on court. One second you lose your concentration, no way the ball will cross all the way from your side to the other side.
After couple of months, you will see the results. While you are focusing on the balls you may lose some body weight but your body will be strong and tightened up without evening planing it! It will bring the actuating sense into every part of your life that it will make you want to go back to the court and kick some more ass :) |
